Welcome to my Blog.

A little bit about myself. My name is Rebecca. I am originally from Germany. I came to the United States when I was 21 Years old. I have 3 beautiful Children 9, 5 and 9 months. December 2015 I gave birth to my youngest daughter. I left the hospital with 210 pounds.

I knew when i arrived I had to make a change in my life to be happy with myself. After my daughter was 6 weeks I decided to start losing weight and getting healthy. The reason I decided to do that, I wasn't happy inside my body, I wouldn't look in the mirror and find myself beautiful, I didn't enjoy making pictures with my children because I felt fat and wasn't attractive. I always was tired, never had enough energy to play with my children and do long activities.

The main reason why i wanted to become healthy:

I wanted to avoid having health problems like:


  • High Blood Pressure
  • Diabetes
  • Cholesterol
  • Heart Diseases
  • etc...

Most of my family is overweight. All I known since I was little that my mom was overweight and she faces some of the health problems I listed above. I wanted to change this for myself and especially for my children.


Why did I join to Become a Beachbody Coach:

After becoming healthy again. I wanted to help other people who struggle with their weight, health or just need the support and motivation.

I know from my personal experience it can be really hard to become motivated when losing weight. It took me a long time to get motivated to start a fitness program and stick with it.

Sometimes it easier when you have someone who believe in you and supporting you through your program.

  • Who gives you tips how to stay consistent with your workout
  • To help you when you have no motivation to workout that day
  • To remind you why you started the program in the first place
  • To remind you on your goals
  • To help you with your diet to get the most results as possible
  • How to stay on track during the day
  • To help you with recipes

I created this blog for be people who need the extra support, motivation and who is into fitness and who love to cook healthy food for their Family.
